I could not be more unhappy with this microwave. It replaces another GE Profile microwave that I've had for over 10 years and have been very happy with. The labels on the control panel are impossible to see, both because of the font size and the lack of back-lighting. Only the time is illuminated, and that light is very BRIGHT. The panel is poorly organized, and the buttons require very forceful pressure to register (not just a finger push like most microwaves, but an arm push). What were these designers thinking? They'd obviously not considered the consumer. And with 800 watts power, cooking/warming time seems much longer. According to BestBuy, GE microwaves are now manufactured by Haier Microwaves under the GE label. I bought my old microwave in 2011 and the price of this new one is 116% higher than the old, even though inflation has gone up only 30% in the last 10 years. So, for a far inferior product, this one sells at a steep increase. The only reason I bought it is that it's housed on a shelf above the counter that requires these dimensions. GE, you can do better than this!

The microwave is ok at warming food which is pretty much the only feature I use. It is just ok at warming food as it is not that powerful. It is the only microwave I could find that would fit in the cavity between my cabinets but it is snug. I placed under a 24” cabinet and a was it snug! I had to shimmy the cabinets adjacent to the microwave to make sure it fit. Make sure you have enough space.

Needed this to replace exact same item which seemed to be the only to fit our space. Easy to use.

This product is very good nd looks very nice with the matching trim kit. Very quiet during operation and heats very evenly. Keypad buttons have smaller then desired lettering but after time it becomes automatic. Good product!

Very nice size to add for a cabinet remodel, shallow depth and low height makes it very easy to fit in shallow depth cabinets. Great price point compared to other models especially for use with upper cabinets.

Great microwave and easy to use. The low profile makes it a unique size and I guess not as popular so it is very pricey.

The GE Profile microwave has a very sleek design which like and is integrated nicely with my Cabinetry. It's quiet and efficient. Easy to clean. Great quality stainless steel which I also like. Side by side comparison with other high end microwaves, the GE Profile was the best bang for my buck. A great product at a great price. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

This is a nice microwave. I bought it to replace the same one because it fits in an upper cabinet. The one i replaced was $100 cheaper because it didn't have the "profile" in the name, even though all of the features are exactly the same. When this one needs replacement, I'll rearrange the kitchen to accommodate a different microwave. The price of these is out of control.

For anyone in need of an undercounter microwave you search can begin and end with this great unit. Design and finish of the unit are terrific and super easy to install. We needed to replace an existing undercounter microwave that went bad after many years of use and it was almost impossible to find anything made for undercounter installation. This unit was perfect and Best Buy had in stock and best price around. Service was great as always at Best Buy.

I needed to replace an existing built in microwave. We are fixing our house to sell The size on this fit perfectly. The stainless steel look goes with rest of appliances

This is our third purchase of this microwave. It happens to be the size we need. I weigh it’s power was 1200 watts rather than 800, but it works fine and looks great.

While the microwave works fine, it arrived with a huge dent in the back corner. This is the second item I've ordered from Best Buy with a huge dent in the corner. This does not affect functioning and does not show when the unit is installed. However, I believe a discount is in order when purchasing defective items.

Overall great, however didn't realize it does not come with mounting hooks. Went to buy in store and not available only online. Otherwise great compact microwave, and quiet too.

Could be more powerful. 800 watts is a little wimpy. Just have to adjust times. Nice looking. Pretty easy to install.

The service was perfect!! I like my old microwave slightly better but this one is good.
