I to ask the manager for assistance because the sales person while very nice knew little about microwaves/ manager knew slightly more-but I seems to me that the sales people at BB not well versed on the products they sell

Excellent Unit for Reheating

We use it for reheating only as we also have a Advantium unit. The PEM31SFSS slid right in the cabinet space of the old unit and looks a lot better. This compact microwave is the perfect size for what we need it for - reheating.

Great under the cabinet microwave

As other reviewers noted, they did change the location of the mounting screws, but all it took was a quick trip to home depot to find some new mounting hardware for a few dollar to get the job done. It's so quiet I can barely notice that it's running and it is quite spacious inside, despite being only cabinet depth. A great option for anyone who wants to save counter-space and doesn't have enough room for an over-the-stove microwave. Also, the slate color blends nicely with all my new Black Stainless appliances.

It did go in the built in space. There was minimal operating directions. Some things have been hard to figure out. Thus the reason for the 4 star. Otherwise it works great.

Note that it is a tad taller than an older model.
