Very good but complicated microwave

Installation was a bit complicated because it was slightly taller, requiring shims to clear tiles at the bottom, and the templates were inconsistent with the instruction manual. Fortunately I had hired a good contractor to do it. The unit works well once you figure out how to use it. There is no keypad, so, for example, setting the timer requires pushing buttons and turning a dial twice. Keypads are easier, but once you have read the manual several times for each operation, this works too. The door opens easily, but the handle feels cheap and flimsy. Unlike the old unit, it does not have a broil function, but we never used that anyway.

In order to reheat you must first hit cook time, then turn dial to desired time, then you must push dial not just once to start but twice.

We are very happy with our choice. We made chocolate brownies and they were perfect. Moisture sensor creates moist baking. Very Happy.

This did just that. We don't like the straight out the top venting however, but then they are all that way nowadays.
