While the microwave itself works fine, the controls are bit more complex then normal. In order to reheat you must first hit cook time, then turn dial to desired time, then you must push dial not just once to start but twice.

Nice unit that looks really good. Like the stainless interior. Simple to use. I recommend.

Very nice looking microwave/convection. Bought it to have a second oven, but you need to be a rocket scientist to understand how to use all the settings. Hope I figure it out before Thanksgiving!!

Needed a direct replacement for our MotorCoach without having to change any of the mounting hardware. This did just that. We don't like the straight out the top venting however, but then they are all that way nowadays.

Love it! The automatic night light saves me many steps. This is just an all around great buy ~ I got so much more than I expected.

This replaces my previous 10 year old Ge Profile. Haven't tried the convection setting yet.

It works well. I would recommend this to others.However, the installation was harder than necessary due to the template.

I bought this open box and found it to be brand new, never used still wrapped in manufacturers plastic. Still learning how to use it but works as intended.

I wanted to rate this a 4.5 as it has a few minor concerns, it is a very good microwave. This is my first over range microwave after a kitchen remodel and we wanted a convection microwave so we did not have to get a toaster oven. The knob is a little off putting at first and the fact that you can only cook in 15 second increments, but once you get used to it the microwave is really nice. The microwave portion is powerful and good. I am still getting used to convection, but seems to be a little on the weak side. The bottom vent/fan is very loud and does not do a good job of drawing up steam or smoke. Also the light for lightning the below cook top is halogen, very energy inefficient and wish it were LED especially since it has a night light feature. It is very stylish and matches our GE induction range and feels buit, very solid. Does not warrant 5 stars, but is better than 4 stars.
