I love the range. I spent extra to get the convection feature. I refuse to use it because temperature setting does not stay true. It takes longer to bake with convection setting. I am not pleased with that aspect. I have bought GE appliances for a long time, this is the first one I have not been totally pleased with. I love all the other features just not convection.

Grills are very heavy. It would be nice to have separate grills for each burner so that the heat is not spread to an unused burner. The center grill is the heaviest. The non-warmer, pan storage drawer in the bottom of the stove is so thin that it makes the range seem cheap. Controls are a bit strange. Owner's Manual was missing so maybe when a replacement arrives we will find out their are settings to customize.

After massive snafus getting this delivered (took two months and seven delivery dates), this stove is working well. Of note: the high heat burners in the front bring water to a boil very quickly and the oven preheats quickly as well. We have not tried the self/steam cleaning feature yet. The controls feel a bit soft on the back of the stove, but work well. The griddle/grill pan in the middle also work well. The grates are heave to remove and smaller pans don't work as well on the front burners as the flame footprint is very wide.

The top gets hot wen the oven is in use. The heat vent seems to be the source of this issue.

The stove is great and oven/ convection oven are great, however when using the oven, it gives off a lot of heat out the vent on the back of the stove area. So much that it heats up the kitchen and makes anything that I have on the back burners of my stove untouchable. That is the only negative. Just need a good air conditioner.

very nice looking and appears robust. No complaints so far except the center grill plate on top is hard to clean and is not up to the quality of the stove. Chris.

I love this range. My only complain is that the alarm sound for the timer is very low, can barely hear it and it doesn't beep continuously until I turn it off. I use the timer for everything, even timing kids chores. This is the only reason I gave it 4 stars. It comes with 2 grates and 1 griddle. I bought the middle grate tho cuz I don't want my griddle to get dirty during the week.

We were replacing a wonderful, 60 year old Wedgewood stove with 4 burners and an awesome griddle surface. This GE is moveable and light, for a stove. The grates are heavy duty, sturdy and can take a beating. I wish they were cut in 4 discrete sections (rather than two) for easier access and cleaning. The reversible griddle surface is SOLID. But poorly designed for capturing grease and even more difficult to pick up and drain. This is the midrange model in whatever GE calls this series. Not sure what the next step up provides.

The cool slate steel look is different than the rest . It makes this an unique set.

Love the new stove. Only problem is the center griddle feature. I thought it would be great to have that feature but using it is a mess. A pain to clean since you're not suppose to clean with soap. We don't use it nearly enough to make it worthwhile. I've considered buying the regular burner grate but it's nearly $200. And the oblong burner makes it difficult to use without burning up the handle of your pan. Otherwise love the stove.

Had it delivered twice. Each time when it was unpacked it had some kind of adhesive on it. Sent it back the first time and second time the delivery guy told us they all were like this and how to clean it off. Shouldn't have had to clean adhesive off of a brand new stove, but really like this stove and didn't want to have to find a new one so we did and it works great.

We found a range/oven with all the features we were looking for. I BTU range and a convection oven.

We chose this unit after looking at far more expensive units from Top Tier manufacturers. We couldn't justify 2-4X the cost. The GE Profile has a 19000BTU burner, a true simmer and a central grille. The specs exceeded many more expensive products and it's appearance was acceptable if not cutting edge.

I have been very happy with this purchase. I picked this up as a floor model/open box and though it arrived with a damaged foot, the BB team worked diligently to resolve the issue and sent out someone to install it after the replacement part was shipped to my house. Very well done.

The first stove came with a dent across the top found when they unpacked it. So had to reschedule for another one. It was delivered on Memorial Day and we left on vacation the next day. So I haven’t had a chance to use it, so that’s the reason for rating as a 4.

Had this stove delivered and realized a day or so later that some of the sensors on the panel are not working- brand new out of the box I am still waiting for the parts to be installed. Other than that - the stove top works fine...

The range works like it should. Only been in use for about a month. Love the grill/griddle grate over the middle burner. It should come with the standard grate for normal use, that's the reason for four stars. The add on grate is only $50 dollars though.

Bought this after the 10 year old electric stove went out . i prefer gas and liked the size of the griddle.

Oven gets hot quick and stove boils wayer fast. Fingerprints wipe off easily with a damp cloth.
