Had no problems so far and it works great. I hope it last a long time

Pretty darn expensive to be 8 months in and getting an H2O error code and dirty dishes. I have to call GE for an appointment to fix this mess because my Total Tech membership only covers this after one year. So - another round of phone calls to get an appointment to fix the “boat anchor” also known as the dishwasher.

Great dishwasher, this was a display but in great shape

Doesn't dry dishes and never worked right from day 1. Now it has an H20 alarm and won't work at all and the trim is falling off

Paid $999 Should spent another $200 and get KitchenAid Kind of disappointed from the quality

Dishwasher is functional. We are still getting used to the features. We like the third tray for silverware.

Great dishwasher sprayer works great for baby bottles

I had a 16 year old GE Profile that still worked and looked perfect despite that I replaced it with a new model, and of source I replaced with a GE Profile.

This washer cleans and dry a all my dishes great. It’s not too loud. I usually start the wash before going to bed so it’s not an issue. Would recommend.

Not quite as great as I was hoping for. The dishes don't dry all the way. There is left over water in the bottom after the load is done.

Great product, perfect delivery and very professionsl.

Con: very disappointed that the wheels on bottom rack come off, and makes it hard to keep rack on track. I expected better quality from this dishwasher. Pro: drying cycle and washing is good

purchased GE Profile dishwasher for our new house build

Bought this a month ago, and couldn’t be happier! This replaced a 2 yr old builder grade Amana, and is worth every cent with all the extras it has

I have been using this dishwasher for almost a month for a family of 5. I have not found any feature that does not work perfectly!

This didn’t even last a year and a half. As with my last GE dishwasher, the a seal gave way and it leaked all over the floor. Ruined my hardwood floors. Second GE dishwasher in a row. Also, the feet on the bottom rack come off and melt during the wash. I got a large supply of them to replace them frequently. No more GE dishwashers for me.

We purchased this dishwasher as an open box model in "Good" condition from Best Buy on May 5th. Due to the unique circumstances surrounding Coronavirus, we were not able to have it installed until July 1st. When we picked it up, everything seemed to be in good order based on our visual inspection. All of the parts and accessories were included and there were no cosmetic imperfections. Upon being installed, once turned on to test, it began gushing water. The plumber checked all of the hook ups and found no errors and so began inspecting the dishwasher itself. When he pulled out the bottom rack completely he found the dishwasher drum was cracked! I called Best Buy and was referred to GE to get it fixed under warranty because it was past the initial purchase period. Best Buy would not take responsibility for their product, even though installation was only delayed because of a Global pandemic. After spending 3 hours on the phone with GE, I was told they could have someone look at it in 3 weeks! I strongly feel Best Buy should be held accountable because this dishwasher was definitely not in good or even satisfactory condition. I understand I purchased an open box model, but it was not in the condition described, and certainly not in working condition as advertised. Now, I do not have a functioning dishwasher because my old one was hauled away, and I bought a brand new dishwasher that is defective, and Best Buy won't stand behind this product.
