Delivered WET & SMELLY twice
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We had out 2nd one now delivered WET inside with standing water in it. I am beyond mad. They are ‘tested’ before they are sent out supposedly- well DRY THEM BEFORE BOXING THEM UP!!!!! They both smelled TERRIBLE when we got them opened up. I paid over a grand for a dishwasher that already smells moldy and mildewed. I am waiting for my compensation from the 1 washer debacle and now they have more to answer for. We installed this washer because I have bow had a giant dishwasher box in my small kitchen for 18days and I am tired of it. So I am going to run it a few times to see if I can get the smell out. If not- they can come get it. If someone from Best Buy is reading this- call me. I have waited on hold while calling you for far too many hours now over the last few weeks for this ordeal.

The bottom rack is totally useless unless you’re only placing plates or huge saucepans. The top / third tray is a waste of space as you can only place one long item as long as it’s small or knives that are very thin. Very unhappy with this and now it’s installed it can’t be returned. Totally miserable about it
