    I purchased a refurbished microwave and it came damaged. They sent me another one and it was damaged even worse. The microwave itself seems to be a good one, but I need one that's not damaged.

    I wish I knew if this is a bad refurbished model or something intentional. All I know is that I have to use my stovetop to cook things I would have preferred to cook in the microwave.
