I thought it would come and we could take out the old one and put in the new one, WRONG. The instructions are miserable, the installation ended up having to be done by the Geek Squad and it sat on the counter messing up the kitchen for 2 weeks while I waited for them, And just so you know, the old brackets NEVER work for the NEW microwave, everything has to be changed and you need a lot of tools---that a single female probably does not have. Buy the installation, and by the way that makes it as expensive as everywhere else in town.

Terrible product

Would not recommend purchasing this microwave or any other GE product. Very disappointing. The GE stove we bought along with this microwave is also broke. The broiler stopped working.

Great Spacemaker Microwave

Plus, I got a good price on this microwave at Best Buy. I set it up to be delivered at my home. It was shipped right away, and I liked the way I could track it online.

Not very reliable
