Just to let you know it take along time if you use all options. So only use the ones you need for that load. Now it don't take as long. PS it takes like 12 hour if you use everything and some options counter others like dry boost and sanitize.

When the cycle is done I open the door and there is still water on the door and sometimes the middle rack dishes are still dirty

I have had this dishwasher a year this month. It's not very quiet and I had to do a reset last week because the controls wouldn't respond. A lot of the plastic parts have broken. I had to reattach the middle wash arm yesterday because it broke off. I'm 9 days past the 1 year mark and good luck getting a response from BestBuy about a warranty.

Went into a Best Buy Store and they reordered me a new one. The leaking one is still sitting at my house and they won’t pick it up until the new one arrives. The delivery of the new one has been cancelled twice! Next delivery if scheduled for 8.14.20. Over a month since my first order. Oh and I’m still paying the monthly payments for a dishwasher that I don’t have yet? Poor service Best Buy.

My old ‘non-smart’ dishwasher was able to properly wash any size pots, utensils, platters, etc. I thought the 3rd rack will be a blessing, which turned into a nightmare... only small utensils fit - no serving utensils... I deeply regret not going with an older model.
