This is perfect! Great game selections, but the only downfall is your battery runs low quick, otherwise, great buy!

I was surprised at how good it is but after using it sometime I did not like it. I do not like the controls on the side of VR, and the picture is a little grainy. The gaming experience might be different but I do not want to invest more money to buy some sort of controller for it. Since I bought it I have only used it twice so I think it is Great but not for everyone.

The newest version of the Samsung VR was out of stock when I arrived to make the purchase (during the holiday season). After speaking with the Best Buy associate, I decided that the earlier generation would work for our needs. We are not disappointed. I am not sure what the newer version may do better but we are truly pleased with our version. It is amazing what these do for your viewing experience. I would truly recommend these for anyone interested in the VR experience.

I got the Gear VR goggles for free when I purchased the new Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. They work well considering that you have to use your smart phone is a processor for getting the 3-D video. They do cause your cell phone to work extra hard and actually heat up. The downside is that you have to be online and keep going online to the oculus site to use the goggles. Also the downloads are not cheap and you could end up spending a lot of money if you really wanted to get into using these.
