The concept is great, but I thought the tech was not as advance as it could've been. The phone got really hot. But VR is very basic.

It was a spur of the moment purchase. I didn't even know they existed. It is a cool "toy." Just fyi I am 51 years old. I always wished my View Master was animated..... this is a kicked up, animated View Master.... very cool. Love, love, love.

I love these! It is so much fun when I'm wasting time. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars, you have to pay for almost everything.

The device is cool but I've only messed with it a bit. The fact that it needs wifi for most games is a little unfortunate but understandable. Still a really neat device to mess with.

This was one of the most surprising purchases I ever made. This came free with S7 but the whole idea of virtual reality was awesome. Though the display is not high def and makes me remember the old television sets, but for the price- worth exploring once

Love this VR and got it for free with my S7 Edge along with a 64 GB SD Card. Came with $50 worth of apps and there are many more available. Just make sure you update your Oculus app.

This was another free item with phone purchase at Christmas time. Device is amazing, however if you are prone to motion sickness, use caution. Only thing I don't care for is you have to remove the phone from any type of case to use the Vr gear.

I love this! It came with the phone so that was a great bonus! The only issue I have is I'd like more space to zoom out since it can give me a headache. Overall, I love the games!

At first I thought What is this thing? It's very cool and if you've never used one before you will be amazed. 360 viewing is very cool. You can get free games to play with it too!

Got this for free as a perk for buying the Galaxy S7. Wasn't on the market for one but turns out it's kind of neat. Not sure I will use it regularly but the 3D effects are fun....

This, along with the Oculus app that loads automatically when using the Gear VR, is entertaining. It can make you motion sick and if the app crashes, it can make you really sick.

The Gear VR is a lot of fun. It's your little temporary escape. I gave it a four simply because you have to purchase to get a decent game. Better quality games are costly.

The 3D experience is not only fun to watch but fun to allow guest to try. People are amazed at the sight and color. Only complaint is I have to take the phone out the case.

I got one of these with my new S7 Edge. It's pretty limited in scope as to what you can do with it due to the limited software available. I would not have bought this by itself.

It overheats rapidly and doesn't work. The picture is blurry. The apps are OK, nothing .impressive, the occlusion app crashes a lot.

I had the original headset, and this one is nearly identical. There is about 15% more peripheral vision, but hard to tell the difference from original. Upside is that it comes with the adaptors to use on the NOTE 7 (and future NOTE phones).

My son absolutely loves this item and keeps up with updates and just loves to add other things to it and shares them with me. We received this item free for buying his phone it was a promotion that day and what a great FREE item to receive.

Talk about two days to get used to having something in front of my eyes and with the VR effect. The apps are initially limited but you will get used to them very very quickly. Phenomenal experience and even my kid loves the real ex rides.

I hope VR producers master the art of making these things more comfortable. These goggles are very cool and handy, but a few minutes of wearing them creates facial pain.

If you have a compatible phone. Try the Gear VR. If you don't have a compatible phone, get one and then try the Gear VR. This is still worth getting even if you have an Oculus or Vive. This headset give you portable VR and VR web surfing.
