It does drain the battery of my Note 5 fairly quickly. My kids love it. Can't wait to see what the future holds for VR.

Cheap VR experience if you have a samsung phone

Definitely see the potential in VR as a gaming medium as well as movies, etc. Have had some issues with overheating, but that's only happened on extended VR sessions.

Best addition for the phone

The best experience you can get out of your phone. By the way .... it was free from Samsung.

Gear VR for Samsung Galaxy S7 or S7 Edge

The technology is still in the infancy stages so the apps are not abundant but growing. It is very interesting but the novelty quickly wears off and I attribute that directly to the number of apps.

I was a little hesitant at first, but once I tried them on I was sold! The graphics are awesome! It's also very affordable!

I used my S7 Edge with the Gear VR and everything went smoothly, from installation and setup to selecting and enjoying the apps. There was a lot of hype about the Gear VR and VR in general yet I wasn't underwhelmed or disappointed. Cool and nifty.
