Way better than I exspected. But far less expensive.

It is out of this world so far into the future the future is now not later this 3D reality simulation is awesome no other tecnology compares to this not even close this is the best thing you could ever spend your money on buy this you won't regret it at all.

I thought the picture definition would be a little better but it's been a nice break from reality. Easy to use and content has been increasing.

Got this for free with the S7 so I reallu cant complain. I think its really cool. Havent played any games yet since I dont have a controller, but watching netflix is awesome (though eye straining). Used both the couch setting and the void setting. In void mode you can change the screen size. Also saw a free 360 video of the game of thrones opening, and that was fricking incredible. However if you're looking for a real VR experience, you probably want to get the oculus or ps vr or whatever, but for the price for me (free) it is pretty epic

This unit is impressive. VR makes you feel truely submersed. Can make you dizzy at times. Many FREE apps and games available is a plus. Only downfall is that my Galaxy S6 seems to get hot relatively fast.

Currently this is the best vr experience available!

Its not bad for something that is new. Destroys phone battery but its a new way to pass some time.

The concept is great. Some very nice apps out there for the VR. My phone seemed to get a little warm using, but didn't cause any problems. I think the apps are a bit pricey, especially the movies.

This thing is quite cool and the hilarity of watching people use it is worth its weight and price in gold... It was much clearer than I thought it would be and the fact I wear glasses did not change or hinder the level of fun or Focus

Wonderful feel and experience. Love the fact that no charging is no charging is necessary and easy to setup. Can't wait til the App Store is fully loaded....thus the missing star.

I am impressed with the samsung gear vr. Its the first time i have used one of these and it keeps my family and friends entertained. Easy to use and there is lots of vr stuff out there to watch.

I've done a lot of research on the various VR platforms and decided that I would dip my foot in the pool without spending a large amount of money. This product works very well with my S7 edge and the games, and other programs, that I have tried were pretty good. Overall, the screen door effect and fairly low resolution (feel) of it were expected for the price point, but I've heard from friends that even the vive has similiar issues. If you have a supported phone, this is still a good entry into VR for the price.

The Gear Vr is awesome to use makes you feel as if you are actually in that world/setting. I do recommend keeping an eye on your phone if you use it to long your phone battery becomes very hot.

I bought this for my son but I have used it quite a bit myself. I use it with a Samsung Galaxy Note5. It really does immerse you in a 3d enviroment. Ive used it to play video games, watch Netflix movies, Youtube videos and lots of other content that can be found to use with it. I love it. I may need to get my own.

The concept behind this item is really great. The product works great for about 10 mins and then it overheats the phone, this happens every single time. I noticed this same error on the display model in the store, but thought we would give it a try on our own. You can only use programs designed or authorized by Oculous and most of them you have to pay for. I would even consider keeping the item just for a few bits of VR time but the overheating issue is a deal breaker. You literally can only use it for 10 mins, sometimes less.

This is a fun product. It is really just a novelty. I have watched Netflix on it and that's okay. I also have watched some full 3D movies and that was much better. The best parts are the free content, and there's just not a lot of that out there. We like rollercoaster and fly-over content. Also, during the Olympics, there were some amazing videos from Brazil, but beyond that, I'm not sure if the pay for play games are worth it. I just bought a bluetooth controller for 8 bucks and am going to give that a shot. I would like to see more companies use such technology to extend their programming. The NFL could really put you in the action with a 3D walkthrough of the plays.
