Vr was suprisingly good on my 6 edge plus. Software available is still less than desired, but there are some good titles. Try herobound.

The Gear VR is a great way to get a VR experience at home without having to spend thousands of dollars on a high-end rig. Took one star off for the fact that the phone gets pretty hot and sometimes shuts down after 30 minutes of use or so.... I've been okay with it considering you probably shouldn't play more than 30 minutes of VR at a time just for your own health. Go outside and play in the dirt.

Very enjoyable and I really enjoy playing with this toy. Great graphics with most aps. Works very well so far with my Galaxy S6.

Love the virtual reality experience but the system overheats after a short period of time. Wish there was a fan to cool it down.

Works with both my S7 and my son's S6. Awesome experience and easy to use, lots of available apps too. Only complaint is the phone gets quite hot and the VR tells you to take a cool down rest.

The Gear VR was easy to use, my family has had fun with it. Great way to start into the VR world without spending a lot of cash.

Cool technology but still needs a little work. You can definitely see the pixels when using with an S7 Edge. Can also overheat with prolonged use. I gives me a bit of a frontal lobe headache. Like when you are squinting for a prolonged amount of time. The velcro on the straps could be better as they barely stick. In general it is a pretty good product. Would I have paid for it?? Maybe not. But that's just me.

It takes a while getting use to. Gave me a headache the first 15 min. But was able to use it a longer period of time the next day. Lenses would sometimes fogs up. Not many apps to choose from... that interested me anyways. Should give it a try and could always return within about a week with Bestbuy.

It is fun to use. Is great watching everyone else use it for the first time. The only thing is it gets too hot to fast.

VR is good. Gets heated pretty soon and drains battery a lot. Wish it has compatibility across other oculus product apps.

I use it on my S6. The phone does get hot and kills battery but its good for 15-25mins. I really haven't used it too much, but seems fun and there are many apps that can be used.

My only complaint about this headset is that the lenses fog from time to time. Other than that the experience is very very neat. I always have a little bit of a shock when I take the headset off and come back to reality because of just how immersive the experience is. A nice first jaunt into VR.

It's just as it was advertised. Its great when you let someone who is not tech-savvy wear them because they will be freaked out by how realistic some of the movies or games are. Overall this was a great purchase and I would definitely recommend it to everyone who is interested in new technology.

Easy to set it up. Works with differrnt Samsung phones. The only bad thing the phone gets too hot after 20 min using it

This is awesome and works great with Samsung just make sure you have correct adaptor for your phone, as we had to return the first as it didnt work work with my Samsung s6.

It's great for 10 minutes then overheats and shuts down. Can't use it long enough to even learn much about it's capabilities.

I used it for a but when I had my Note 7 and am now using the Daydream headset with a Pixel. It is heavier and not as comfortable as the Daydream headset and also having the controls on the side of the headset is a bit tiring when playing games but overall I prefer it over the Google alternative. The daydream headset has a lot of light leak and the headset only uses on vertical strap so it moves around a lot more. Definitely worth the purchase if you have a supported Samsung phone.

Insert your phone and easy installation begins. I've had hours of fun and entertainment with lots of free apps. Recommended!

I purchased this item for a teenager for Christmas. Works well with phone, great for gaming or watching movies/Netflix

This is what every 80's kid dreamed of. They fit comfortably, have a great image quality, and are overall a great product. The biggest negative is that they are only compatible with certain Samsung phones. If they were to make conversion kits for other android phones or even other Samsung phones, it would be so much better. You can use any bluetooth game controller with this to play games, you don't have to buy the one made specifically for these. One other negative is that the phone often overheats when being used for the VR goggles. There are cooling fans available, or you can sit in front of a box fan like a dork (like I do, haha).
