Great present for my dad for his birthday. He loved it!

My first experience with VR and very much pleased! Easy to use and very cool for the whole family. I especially like viewing my personal videos and gallery!

I had issues getting the Oculus account to activate so that I could use the VR Gear...took almost 2 weeks to solve the issues but, now everything is awesome

Works extremely well and very user friendly. Clarity and sound are great. Only downside is slight heating of phone and battery drainage but thats to be expected.

Got this for free as part of a holiday deal for my phone. It's fun and my son loves it. Not a ton of content out there. Wouldn't pay full price for it.

The v.r is pretty good. I watch some shows and played some games. I wish it had a control like the play station one but it's pretty good and you will have fun

I had never even heard of one of these. I'm not very electronically inclined. With help from my grandson, I see now that this is quite a fun tool. As I am a senior citizen I see my grandson using it much more than myself though.

I got this free with my phone as part of a deal. I'd start by saying I would NOT buy this for $100, I really do not feel it's worth that. I'd maybe pay $50 in it's current state. Overall the device itself is pretty solid, it's plastic but feels sturdy enough. The straps are OK and adjusting it is is. Snapping the phone in feels pretty sketchy at first considering it's $400+ phones being snapped into this thing... but it works solid once you get use to it. In terms of actual use though it has one major flaw and that is fog. I'm not sure the exact reason but when your using the headset the lenses tend to fog up and then you can't see much until you remove it and wipe them. The problem is this can easily happen every few minutes which ruins the experience. Other issues include lack of app support... just not very many games/apps. Most of them are pretty expensive for what they offer too. If your not a fan of facebook you MUST have it installed to use the headset, you can work around this but for whatever reason they've required it for all updates to the app an some games/app wont even work without it installed. People with good eyes will also notice a kind of screen door effect, mobile devices screens are still too low resolution to really offer a crystal clear viewing experience. It's not terrible by any means in my opinion but just be aware if you are sensitive to that kind of thing. Device overheating is also an issue especially if you live in warmer areas. Can use with glasses but depends on what kind you have, can be a pretty tight fit. However I don't have the best eyes and was fine without them so you may be too. I'd say though at the end of the day I do still enjoy it despite it's shortcomings. Is a pretty unique experience. Again though I wouldn't recommend buying it at $100... it's just not worth that unless you absolutely are dying to try VR.

So far I haven't really used it to watch movies or play many games. It's novelty to me at this point. I do not like how hot my Galaxy S7 Edge gets when I use it.

My son enjoys this, but it sure runs the battery on your phone. It was exciting, but I also got dizzy....but c that's just me....we still had fun with it!

Compared to the Google Cardboard, this gives a much improved VR experience because it has extra sensors and better controls. I feel sick quickly with the Google Cardboard, but not with this. Thanks Best Buy for the great deal!

This vr is pretty awesome. Not enough content yet and a lot of the content is too short but they keep adding apps all the time so eventually it will have a lot.

Honestly it's very interesting. But it gets old quick. Not much to offer up yet. Wait till VR gets going and gets better.

I'm not a video game expert.. this was a cool experience for me. You definitely need to spend some money on games and/or apps to get the most out of it.

I love everything on the phone except that the battery sucks...im used to having the gs6 active lasting 6am until 9pm. And this gs7 only lasted until 4pm maxx..

Best to sit in swivel chair when using. Use caution if you stand. This was my first VR experience, and an excellent one. Focus ring on top front of headset doesn't provide super sharpness, but it's still good. I don't game on it yet, but downloaded every free app I could find for Occulus. You'd better have a massive or unlimited data plan, though, as some files are extremely large. Occulus 360 photos is really neat to explore... Like a candy store to explore all the apps. I don't have time to use for hours on end, but worth the time I do. Charging port on headset is very helpful, but you'll need extension cord since Samsung was stingy on rather short length of charging cord that came with the 7 Edge. Controls take some getting used to, the swiping and tapping, but it's intuitive.
