Great video player and picture quality is amazing!

Works well with the Galaxy Note 5 phone. Cool gadget and the apps for VR are only getting better. This one was priced slightly less due to its white color, but there is no performance difference.

So this has to be the coolest thing ever, worth the money. You are in your own VR world where you can take hot air ride balloons, ride roller coasters, and play games. Fun to show the friends and family.

The Gear VR is a great look at what the future holds, it may not be the best the best VR around but its a great time and excites me about whats to come.

I use this along with my headphones and it feels like I'm in the first row. I keep wanting to put my feet up on the virtual coffee table.

My teenage and college age kids have had a blast with the Gear Vr. Can be a little hard on the eyes if used too long. But very fun.

This was something I looked forward to before receiving the Gear VR, but the amazement soon wore off. It's cool at first but I hate having to take my phone out of my Speck case because it fits so tightly around my S7. My phone initially got very hot but I figured out it stayed cooler when using the vr without its black cover. Using the VR makes me feel sick sometimes, but that's just me...no one else in my house complains about that.

We are having a lot of fun using the Samsung VR especially watching people use it. The feeling that your actually there is incredible!

One of the cheapest but good quality VR systems. However, some of the games are a bit expensive. Takes up alot of memory on the phone.

I liked the content for the gear vr better than Google play store. The frame is comfortable for a while. I bought the recommend controller. syncs with phone and playing games on the vr is great.

My kids and I enjoyed the VR for awhile, but I got sick almost every time after using them. I returned them after a week. The unit is solid, just not for me I guess.

There’s a newer, more current model than the one I experienced. But all in all, for the price, it is a decent vr product for those who own select Samsung smartphones.

Virtual Reality stormed into our lives in the early 1990's, only to sputter out and disappear for a while. It was ahead of it's time and far to costly to be effectively made and marketed. For example, 1 GB of RAM in 1990 cost about $44,000...so our cell phones contain roughly $2.8 million worth of technology in 1990. The VR machines were not realistic, but as times gone on the cost to produce these has become far cheaper. I was excited to use my headset with my new Galaxy S7 and promptly dove into the experience. It was neat watching acrobats and dinosaurs from up close or slowing down time to dodge bullets....I even diffused a bomb. The graphics were decent, but things did not seem crisp and in HD as I have become used to with games and TV. Unfortunately for me I began feeling light headed and had to take long breaks after short periods in game, which turned me off and I haven't turned it on in weeks. I have never been able to play Call of Duty, Halo, or other 1st person perspective games since the make me light headed and dizzy after a short time, and the VR does the same thing. If you are not prone to things like that you will like this headset. It's comfortable and provides an immersive experience but has a very limited library of games and shows, most of which are very short. If you are like me however you wil not find the experience pleasant after a short time. For a cheap alternative to the Oculus Rift and Vive VR units just launching for PCs and gaming consoles it's fine, but if you are looking for the real deal be prepared to open your wallet and get a high end PC to run one of the true VR masks.

One word. Amazing. Just amazing. You are literally put into another world when you have the gear on and it is so much fun. It's so new and real that you will get addicted to them very quickly.

At first try, it was a little weird. But after using it correctly it felt like I was in another world. Couldn't go wrong because I received it free with the phone purchase. Overall it is pretty neat.

For being what is essentially an inexpensive 360 video viewer, this thing is awesome.. I have yet to try any games on it... But it got my whistle wet for the PS4 VR's release in the fall... yay VR

Got these for my S7 Edge and it is very good intro to VR. It cannot compete with dedicated VR systems but that is not its intention.

Really enjoyed it! The first time I used it, it really made me feel like I was riding a roller coaster!! Its nice to watch movies on it your own personal theater!!! The headset can become heavy at times and if you have longer hair it may get caught in the velcro staps. They have some pretty good free apps but they are large files and that stays on your internal phone storage. Overall I enjoy using it from time to time
