so far loving my laptop. No issues. Wish It did come with microsoft suite.

The agent was very informative and provided me all the answers I needed. They went above and beyond and even gave me a deal on my geek squad warranty for my ASUS rogue strix g18 on any and all internals even if it was broken by accident. They were very kind and friendly but also smart and knowledgeable and quick to the point and did not waste my time or try to upsell me. They were honest and have integrity and they are a quality warranty I totally recommend this.

It's great to have if you have kids. If there's an accidental something, they'll take care of your product.

I purchased Best Buy's Geek Squad Protection Plan for my Acer Predator Helios 18 Gaming Laptop (w/RTX 4090). I have purchased numerous products from Best Buy with the GSP, especially those that I would consider high ticket items. Their GSP is great and I would highly recommend it!

I dropped my laptop carrying it from the kitchen table to my chair in the living room. Of course I had it opened in landed on the top left corner and cracked the screen. The protection plan covered it. Well worth the money I highly recommend getting the plan.

My laptop just stopped working one day. Went black. I took it to Geek Squad and they ended up having to replace a chip and the motherboard. With my 2 year protection planned it covered everything. I didn’t have to pay a cent. And they returned it before the 30 day deadline.

Well worth the money!! I had a laptop like this from work and one day all of a sudden the hinge broke and the screen started pulling away. So disappointed but with my laptop I’ve got geek squad and don’t have to worry about such things!!

Geek Squad protection is the Best way to protect your electronic device. I've purchased Geek Squad many times and even used it with a complete replacement of the product - saved me re-purchasing a new product.

Long story short: I hate buying add-ons, but this form of insurance saved my bacon once this year and has already paid for itself. Especially since I think prices are only going up, availability will only go down, waiting for Black Friday etc. price reductions of 10-15% doesn't help much if prices, meantime, have increased 5>10>20+ percent. Back to Geek Squad, my store has been great to work with.

I purchased this with my brand new Acer Predator gaming laptop knowing I cannot go wrong. GeekSquad is a great service to have because they will help you ship out your PC if it has any warranty issues to the manufacteurer and they will also fix stuff and replace parts if its out of the normal products warranty.

These experts are so great, especially in the in-store people. They really know what their stuff and they never make me feel dumb or rushed when I bring my devices in for help.
