Had a laptop diagnosed for problems and in a short visit it was fixed

Bought for my boyfriend for his birthday to cover laptop purchase. Our son accidentally wet it and was able to replace laptop. Then when replaced I purchased again to cover 2nd purchase.

It is a good investment. Specially if you live in a fast pace, where accidents can happen at any moment. I would buy it again.

The agent helped me with a driver problem with connecting my new computer to my old printer. Also helped with an update that did not download correctly. Agent did not talk down to me, was very professional and courteous.

Ahhhhh geek squad is my good too! I love this added protection and Best Buy’s service is unmatched when it comes to customer service. I will say sometimes repairs take a little bit but at least I know it’s covered.

Whenever I purchase something, especially electronic, I like to make sure I add this Geek Squad service and protection plan. They have always helped when any problem I may have. Always professional and keep you updated as well.

So far so good. From what the salesperson tells me this is a great add on. If ANYTHING happens to my laptop they will repair/ replace/ or give gift card of equal value. No too bad

I have previously used this service and it is one of the best ones out there. Anytime you have a problem you can either go to a store or online and get replacement very easily. With kids it's an absolute must.
