Used it to replace the screen and speakers a month before it expired. Easy to use. Took only a few days and the laptop looks like new.

Usually when I spend 500 to 1000 dollars for something I will purchase the coverage.

They always work with you and I’m a clumsy person always breaking tech.

Have not always needed to use it but so grateful to know the option is there. When I have needed to call geek squad for help on a product I am always happy with the assistance I receive.

I have saved a lot of money on broken devices by utilizing the protection plans. I love how I can bring it back even if the damage/issue was my fault.

Went back to a Lenovo and bought the 3 year plan and so of course it will not have a problem, but once bittten!!

But that's because amazons asurion protection is total garbage. Best buys protection is so easy and simple. not some third party garbage.

Knowing I can get my computer repaired if it breaks or if I spill something on it gives me peace of mind.
