I love that if its dropped and breaks, I can get a new laptop, I mean, it's a laptop...the possibility that it falls off your lap is alot more than a desktop falling off your desk...lol

Had appt to have webroot down loaded on new laptop.i had to wait 25 min. Which took up my hour so tech put webroot on but next appt came & i was dismissed and he never even put my emails on. Not happy!

Like the services they provide very hepful stand behind there warranty

I have used them before. For the most part they are pretty good, but some of the people they send out to the house are rude and unfriendly.

I think the geek Squad protection is worth every penny! Qualified and helpful techs that actually know what they are doing.

We found that the Geek Squad Protection is a great value that covers the electronics that we purchased from Best Buy.

I like having the knowledge that when something goes wrong with any of my electronics, I have a quick and reasonably priced was of getting them fixed.

The young men in Rosenburg and exceptionally competent and patient. Took computers in to migrate data from one to the other. They had it done that day.

Purchased with ease knowing that my equipment would properly be protected by Geek Squad :)

Geek Squad is a good back up to have, My daughter's laptop screen was acting up. They replaced it no issues

I am glad I purchased this warranty. I have peace of mind should and animal or a child accidentally does something to it, I know it’s covered.

Impressed with the Geek Squad at the store. The tech who took care of me is very helpful.
