My son wasted a cup of chocolate milk on the key board and thank goodness for purchasing the warranty! They will clean and be good as new!

Geek Squad is all ways there to help you and the guys are all ways professionals and nice people.!

I buy Accidental Geek Squad Protection for all my best buy items. It worth the money

Always good to have the geek squad protection. Each time i have had to use it, it was easy and helpful

I have not had to use the protection plan yet, and hopefully will not have to. It will be nice though if it is needed.

Geek Squad helped me set up my new computer which i bought from Best Buy. Haven't used them lately since we've been on lockdown, but will use them soon

It is better to have it and not use it, than to need it and not have it

I recommend, never know when one of life's u expected nuances will come crashing down on you. Always purchase the geek squad servics.

Geek squad folks are just the best. I am so glad there is a Best Buy in England so my son can use their services while he is living there.

Although I didn't use my whole two years for a laptop I bought I was able to get another instead and had to pay what was left which was kind of cool. It was like an upgrade basically.

Great to have just in case something goes wrong, can never have to much protection

This is an ABSOLUTE must have!!!! Without this, I would be without a few devices. It is worth the price for the investments that are purchased.

Julian Thabet was friendly & helpful He help me setup my computer and he ask me if I want it to see what they put on my computer...!!!

It's saved me a bunch because the HP laptop I got TWICE now is a $2k piece of crap

Would not buy any electronics without it. It just saved me $500 on another laptop.

So far so good, will have to wait until I break something.

For the 2 years I've had the protection plan I haven't had to use it. But having the protection for such as important device (my laptop), I believe, is important.

I havent broke my computer yet so that’s good, but the service is nice to have

Bought this to extend warranty on recently purchased Dell laptop. Recommend for laptops, since laptop repairs can be costly.
