I am flad that i got this 2 year protection for my laptop

I have used geek squad service for multiple computers. We even had multiple returns and geek squad honored their no lrmon policy and gave us a full refund!

Knowledgeable and helpfull... they were patient in explaining all of my features and what services they provide...

Having Geek Squad protection is a great piece of mind for my investment in a expensive computer. Accidents happen !!

The guy at Geek Squad was very rude! I brought in a laptop I purchased through the Best Buy a month ago to get the Geek Squad warranty on it because my son lives in another state. The Geek Squad associate questioned me multiple times in different ways asking me if I purchased the laptop from them (Best Buy). The associate assumed I got it from somewhere else and then thought I was lying about it and stole it. I told him multiple times I got from Best Buy through the app. Then he proceeds to ask well how long ago, I told him about a month ago and he says "Oh no sir, we can't put a warranty on it if it has been more than 30 days." I explained to him and showed him through the Best Buy app that it says "You have until August 20, 2021 to add this warranty." Showed him that and when you click on it it say's bring it in so Geek Squad can look at it before adding the warranty. It also shows your PROOF of PURCHASE on the Best Buy app. Gave him my phone so he can see for himself. Scanned my phone about 10 times and nothing was working (The receipt copy with barcode is on the app). He says to me "Oh this an online order I did not know that." I said "Sir, I told you that and it shows you on my phone when I showed it to you". Turns around to another associate and says "We can't add warranties on online orders right?" Associate tells him yeah and did it for him. Never once told me everything went through nor did he mention we were finish and never asked me if I wanted a copy of my receipt. Not mention he still had my phone behind the counter while he walked away to help somebody else. Also never said anything along the lines of "You have a good day sir". I was dealing with this associate for almost 25 minutes just to add Geek Squads protection plan! My son lives an estimated 8 hours from me and that is a midpoint point where me and his mom meet to pick him up or drop him off at.

You rather be safe than sorry. the last thing you want is to deal with more upfront fee than a deductible of a few bucks

I love this phone...it's user friendly and I have no problem. The features are so easy to comprehend and I love the great photos the camera takes!

Anytime I struggle, they are always there to help. Having a blind disability, they made things far less complicated.

I’ve had an issue with my computer and the replaced it without any problem. I had to get it on my new one too!

I recommend purchasing the one year geek squad protection plan. I have purchased this protection plan several times.

I'm sure this will be taken care of if anything would happen but hopefully I will never have to use this

I’d only buy this if you can keep track and make sure to use it before it expires.
