Love the geek squad. Really knowledgeable and helpful.

I have purchased this with most of the products from Best Buy, and in one instance in particular it was very well worth it!!! I will always use it!

For me this is a no Brainer, laptop for my 15 year old. No matter how careful he is, something always breaks.

Never had to use it but it’s worth having, you never know when you will need to use it. Better safe than sorry

I'm so glad I got this protection. My computer was a small investment, so knowing I'm protected if anything happens is a great peace of mind.

Oh my you must protect your inestments akways. An accident or malfunction can happen at any moment.

Have not had to use this service yet however I feel it is a great purchase for the price and the value is present.

The value of the accidental protection cannot be overstated. The ability to replace devices easily is essential.

I haven't had to use them yet, but its nice to know the service is available. On previous items purchased service was fast and professional.

Worth it! No hassle, the squad is nice and uses terminology at my level.
