Insurance; it's better to have it and not need it, than need it and don't have it.

Get a contract for all the things that can go wrong and their response to the breakdown and when they will or cannot repair what steps to take!

Never had a problem with Geek Squad so I had to make sure my items are protected.

Like the fact that I can buy a laptop and also buy a warranty that covers my computer entirely. If it can't be fixed, it is replaced.

I bought another laptop, and had it about 6 months or so. I closed the lid and next day it had a 1 inch black line on The right hand side of the computer. Due to coded I wasn't allowed to bring it in right away. They sent off my laptop to be repaired. 2 weeks later found out that it could not be repaired. They did give me full price for the laptop however I still had to buy a new 3 year warranty. I was bummed about that. So it's just an OK coverage.

Thankfully no accident. I took out 2 Years accidental Greek squad protection just in case

The agents talked me through getting my computer to turn on and also helped with other problems that i had.
