    I keep getting the runaround and transferred from one person to the next. I am told that the 3 year accidental geek squad protection plan does not cover accidental damage. What a crock. $300. Accidental plan that does not cover accidental damage???????

    It covers 1 replacement from Accidental Handling. That's the only reason I got it because the manufacturer doesn't do this.

    I had issues with my computer from the day of purchase and continue to have the same issues today. I received no help from the Geek Squad. All they would do is offer to send my laptop to the manufacturer (HP) for repair.

    The GEEK Squad was not very helpful in helping me reconnect my HP laptop with my HP printer. The first person could not help, and they connected me to someone else. Even though I purchased the protection they wanted to charge Another $39,00 to help me connect.

    Plan is useful only if you have any repairs. I had a bad experience with the Geek squad technical team for one of my repairs.
