Always good to have protection in the event something goes wrong.

I was so disappointed with this protection for my cell phone. It was costing me less money than Sprint at the time.when I took it in a couple of times cuz my cell phone was giving me problems The geek squad have no clue how to fix it and told me I needed to take it to a third party. What a waste of money for having this plant protection. Please do not buy

My plan was purchased with the BestBuy credit card and they automatically renewed the following year although I purchased a two year plan. This was donewithout my knowledge. I objected and asked for the the renewal to be canceled and they did not do so automatically. And the action resulted in interest and past due charges on the card. I called the follow month when I saw the charges and Bestbuy prorated the charge and refused to refund the total charge.

Laptop is poorly made, split in two! This is my second laptop from this company that has done this

We sent our Chromebook out to be repaired, but they sent it back not working, and missing screws. We sent it out a second time and they fixed it. The third time we tried to have it fixed, they said there was nothing wrong with the computer. We finally got them to take the computer to fix it and now they are saying that it is not covered by the protection plan, even though it does not expire until July of 2025. I am very disappointed with this service and would not recommend it.

Never used but glad we purchased for just in case instances

The protection and coverage is good but price is expensive.

My plan expired four days ago, and Best Buy would not honor the fact that I paid $260 for it and didn't make a single claim in the two years I had coverage or even offer a discounted repair service.

I bought it along with my laptop. It is somewhat expensive.

Can't say if it was a waste of money or not. Gave me piece of mind though.

Processed a claim, was told I’d receive store credit because the laptop was unable to be repaired. Store credit never mailed to me, local store refuses to assist, says I have to call customer service, have called customer service twice (currently on hold for two hours right now) with no assistance other than creating a case number & saying last week I’d receive a return call within 24 hours. It’s been seven days & here I am on hold again. Keep getting told I need to speak with Geek Squad but no one can seem to transfer me to them.

I bought this and it shows on the website I purchased in the store but it didn't link anywhere else or show a receipt so they said they wouldn't cover my laptop breaking. I even have a purchase from my bank for the amount of 192 for the laptop coverage and still will not accept it.

Have had to use geek squad for my new laptop... Wish I had done this with Asus

3 years worth of protection for laptop. A little over a hundred and $15 a year

Agent was very helpful but couldn't help me with something that was probably very simple. I was going to have to pay $180 for a total protection plan. Well what exactly does the protection plan that came with my laptop cover?? Very disappointed

Haven’t used the plan yet but it does give peace of mind if something happens
