The Geek Squad gets me geeked, when I wanna get crazy and act like a freak.

Thank god I purchased this! My son dropped my camera and I was freaking out because he totally broke it. I went in the store and geek squad totally helped me. They sent out my camera and got a brand new one back in the mail after a couple days. With this protection, it's totally worth it. Because I didn't have to pay for the damages. They even email you throughly on what's happening. It's really a nonstessful process. I'm sure to renew my protection again when my 2-year ends.

I did love the D7200 very good camera, fast and allow me to push my photography, di camera works like it should for almost one year after but I was having problem's not in a specific moment when I was shooting but for some reason I could not take photos so I had to power down the camera and turn it on so I can shoot again so that was a problem with me, so a had to change the camera and the Accidental Geek Squad Protection cover it with no problem and I end up changing the camera

The camera came in perfect I love the quality and so glad it has a protection plan!

I dropped my camera which could not be repaired. Without this service I would have had to replace the item. Since I purchased the service, I was able to get a replacement item equivalent to what I purchased initially.

They tried to push me to purchase the yearly membership but it just doesn't cost effective.

I know I probably sound insane but if you have business insurance like I do..it does NOT cover software issues like the geek squad service does and I don’t want to risk that with my Sony A7 IV

Haven’t used the geek squad warranty at this time but feel confident it is available if I would need to use it. I feel confident it would be easy to access if needed. I even added it after purchase as I forgot while I was initially purchasing. The process of adding it after the purchase was easy and the sakes staff was great in facilitating the purchase for coverage.

Purchased a nice camera for my niece. Since its the first one she has, i felt it was a good idea to add this to the Christmas list for her. I think its a grea thihg to have for first time users with an expensive camera. The peace of mind and her ability to have it cleaned and serviced once a year is great. Great to know if the camera breaks it will be replaced.

A must have for electronics, very helpful service!!!!

I really prefer buying the bestbuy replaceent over the canon replacement as I can return it to the store if I need it replaced instead of shipping it off.

The warranty is needed. You never know, so it’s a blessing to have a good warranty.

I had to use this service within two week of purchasing my camera, I had stumbled and fell while the camera was around my neck. The lens got jammed and would not focus. I contacted the Geek Squad online, followed directions given and took it to the Geek Squad to send it off for repair. Within ten days, it was repaired and returned to me. So happy I got the Geek Squad service.

I highly recommend getting accidental protection for high cost cameras. Geek squad tried to fix our camera but quickly determined repair cost greater than new camera. They replaced our camera with a new one without any hassle. I am sold on Geek Squad!

Have several items in the house that has came from Best buy and several are computers that we use for play and for business. Any problems we have had the Geek Squad has came thru with flying colors. For us this has not been just good for the lose of computer but have business records that we would have lost and that would have been terrible. Thank You Geek Squad for being there.

My camera had gotten a small dust particle inside the camera and there was no way for us to remove it, I took it to geek squad and they instantly gave me a giftcard for what I paid for my camera in return and I got a new camera the same day.

Always great to have that peace of mind when having my camera

Decided to buy the extra protection for the new camera that I bought for my daughter for Christmas. It was a good price for what it covers. So far we haven't had to use it but if we do need to we have it.
