Don't know what I would do without the Geek Squad, very helpful with any questions on how to use.

Smart buy! My product was damaged. I thought there would be a lengthy process to go through. Best Buy replaced the item in under 15 minutes!

I purposely bought the protection plan because I can't afford another phone so I love they make it very easy to pick out it but not use it.

Worth getting. Nice to have some insurance knowing you can take it back if something goes wrong.

I would recomend. This 2 year plan for a new device that just been launched and not sure what software issues it could come with and durability.

This is one of the best services offered by best buy. There Geek Squad offerings are difficult to refuse due to the great value in them.

Wow Every phone place should offer this If I knew this last year I would have brought my phone from best buy then. Don't stop offering this

This is a good phone for people who’s starting out with touch screen, but it’s best to have a protection plan on an type of phones.

purchased the extended warranty for the cell phone I just purchased. Hopefully I will not need it but better to have than not.
