The protection plan is awesome. My son screen cracked and Best Buy repaired it. The protection plans can be expensive however; accidents happen. It would have been more expensive to buy another one. I would continue to recommend Geek Squad to my family and my friends. I tell people buy your electronics from Best Buy with the plan.

I’m not saying we buy protection plans on everything, but there are certain items you purchase that it’s worth getting it even if you never have to utilize it. Because there’s always that one time. We’ve had that one time and Best Buy’s Protection Plan are reasonably priced and extremely hassle free. Protect the items and also use common sense on the items you should get a protection plan. That would be my recommendation to people.

This I bought for myself. I'm handicapped and my vision is poor. I tell everyone I'm the most electronically challenged person on earth. I figured it would be in my best interest to get protection in case something goes wrong with my new laptop!!

Find the Geek Squad to be a lifesaver. I am not a millennial although I spend many hours on the computer during the week at my workplace, it's a difference when working on a personal laptop at home and I'm grateful to have a Geek Squad to assist and pull me out of a jam, provide one on one assistance with my laptops when needed. I've used them several times. Would recommend.

I love Geek squad they’re very talented and knowledgeable employees. I’ve been thinking about upgrading my memory storage on my laptop and bringing it to them. Also gives me a lot of peace of mind knowing they can help me out with any issue I have if I need them.

Geek squad services are usually very good. If you have a product under GS warranty and you have problems, you can return your item to Best Buy and get another equivalent product. I get GS warranties on everything I purchase from BB. However, I took 1 star away because if you don’t need to utilize your warranty for your product, you don’t get any percentage of your $$ back for it.

The Geek Squad is on top of thier game. I broke the screen on my new HP ENVY and brought it in to the fellows on the Squad. The guy was friendly and understanding. He got the paperwork done quickly and got me taken care of in a timely fashion. I have no trouble tracking the progress of the status of the repair. I totally satisfied with the whole the process. I was a little apprehensive about purchasing the protection for my new laptop. Accidents and mishaps never happen in my house. A little over a month after my laptop purchase, my daughter knocked over a bottle of chocolate milk on the device, household never streak erased. I took the device to the Geek Squad for an assessment and due to the extent of the damage, it needed to be replaced. Money well spent!

I bought this for the sole purpose of completing my school assignments with the added benefit of using it as a tablet. It does a great job at it and has helped me reduce the weight of my backpack by a lot as well.

We paid about $2500 for our laptop with protection. The Geek Squad protection which was about $450 for 3 years, we only had the laptop for less than a year. We got the money back for our device! So, to me we only lost about 1/5 of the total amount I paid in the first place. That is great!
