Geek squad did a fantastic job installing my tv and walking me through the set up. The are always friendly and helpful

Great to have for any unforseen incidents. I havent't personally had to use it yet but I know people who have and I've heard nothing but positive feedback about it.

Laptops have limited lifespans compared to desktops. Bestbuy has a wonderful plan that have added years onto the product use. Better than having to buy a new one every year or two.

Reasonable price for peace of mind. Haven't needed to use it yet, but I nice to know I won't have to pay large sums of money if we have to use it.

Have protection makes me feel at ease, I'm very happy best buy have this coverage for my every electronics

We always purchase GSP's on all of our electronics. It is rare that we have had to use it, but when we have they squad has always been very prompt to get us all taken care of :)

I had to travel to Florida and computer had a problem. I was able to go to nest buy and they were able to help resolve problem. Kudos. Love the service

I wish it had a touchscreen, but I didn't pay attention when I bought it, and unfortunately, the return period was too short. c

When I went to the store I had in mind a Apple device but then the sales person explain how great and all the great technology this one had and I could not pass the opportunity.

Downside, 1 year protection is kind of expensive , have not had to use it but the 1 year mark past so, waisted $$

THE GEEK CLUB IS WONDERFUL TO HAVE, BECAUSE THEY WILL CHECK OUT EVERYTHING YOU HAVE PROBLEM WITH.

I added it to a clearance laptop. The laptop had issues after using 11 months. Sent it to geeksquad for repair, but they scrapped it without notifying me beforehand. To make matters worse, they only offered a gift card refund instead of matching or replacing it with the same or a similar model. On top of that, my two-year service plan was canceled immediately, even though I haven't even used it for a single year.

Its an amazing product. Works very well. I recommend buying plus put insurance you never know for the future.

I have used the services Geek Squad has to offer on several occasions. No matter what predicament I find myself and my computer in, they have always successfully helped me out. I am so grateful for our geeks.

The warranties at Best Buy are great, i never buy anything without getting the warranty...!!!

Bought a new laptop recently and wanted additional support in case of accidents. Haven't had a reason to use the service yet, but it's good to know I have it just in case.
