Customer Ratings & Reviews

It’s a good lap top as a beginner laptop. It allows my daughter to play Roblox, watchYouTube videos, and complete school work. For a cheaper laptop it works well.

When ever you buy a electronic product get the Greek squad protection it is well worth it

Fast and very effective service. The tech was very informative and made sure to explain details

I am very disappointed a true geek wears a plastic pocket protector. The geeks are true professionals in every respect if something needs to be done one of them jumps on it. I am hoping they are in full force this weekend I need a tune up as the microsoft software is not compatible with the Chrome app. nor does it print to the printer. Both Lap Top and Printer are Hewlett Packard and again I believe the problem is the microsoft software they put out unfinished software in hope that the customers will tell them how to correct the software. That's 5 stars for the Squad, 0 for Msoft. de

Representatives were very knowledgeable and helpful - walked me thru my options and were pleasant to work with

bought this as the laptop was really high end and i wanted the protection moving forward.

Have not used service yet, the person at the store said just bring it in if I have any problems.

Outstanding customer service!! Service rep walked me easily through the computer malware issues. Resolved!!

Came in handy!! My kids messed my mouse up a few weeks after I made my purchase.

Works well for my kids virtual they are able to play games and more.

Whenever you require, they are ready to attend than you in advance for your service

Perfect laptop for my daughter going to college! Great price, touch screen, all she needs! Great price too! Will definitely buy this one again for my son!

First time purchasing laptop thank you for helping me setup and guidance you have given me

I love this laptop! It runs smoothly, has plenty of storage space, and has incredible graphics. The only thing I'd change is that there isn't a little light to tell you that your caps lock is on.

I havent needed to use this product yet but the peace of mind knowing that I have it is irreplaceable.

Peace of mind when you think about it, you are not going to stress if something happens to your purchase.

The first time I got Geek protection I had a muscle spasm and spilled a little coffee on my end table...... and off onto my computer table. Dead and it was only 11 days old. Took it back and they gave me a new computer. The next time my hands were freezing after pulling a little bird out of the freezing bird bath. I picked up my computer and immediately dropped it on concrete on the corner. It crumbled. They sent it in and put a new skin on it. I wouldn’t own a computer without it. An accident is exactly what it is. A never could happen to you!!!!

NO ISSUES SO FAR, MORE THAN EXPECTED TO LAST, GREAT QUALITY THUS FAR.

Previously we'd bought Geek Squad protection for my daughters' laptop.s Both had isse during the 2-year plan, and Geek Squad did a great job taking care of us.

Whenever I can buy this plan, especially on Asus laptops, because best buy and asus are partners. And they take care of your equipment and if it not repairable it will make it right and refund the money.
