I have had the geek squad help in the past with items, and they have always come through and helped greatly

I have NO idea if the anti virus protection is installed on my lap top like they said they were doing. It doesn't ever tell me that a check was done and I don't even remember what the program is called. I was not impressed with them "pushing" this whole program on me to buy for about $300. It was total tech support but no one can understand English when you get on the phone and you wait forever so it's pointless.

Haven't used it yet but sure wished i had it on my other things that Ive broken

I bought this to be safe than sorry. I like the fact of no questions asked when I have to exchange something for whatever reason.

I always make sure I cover all my purchases with extended purchases , keep myself covered.
