    I can't give any better simply because of issues in the past. I bought a laptop a few years ago and the cooling fan obviously didn't work. Laptop kept shutting down on me but no one could fine anything wrong. They didn't fix it not did they give me another. I'm still stuck with the piece of garbage

    Hoping I don't ever need to use it, but wanted the Accidental Handling coverage for my 11 year old grandson's new laptop. Accidents happen, so I figure it was worth the extra cost.

    I've gotten GeekSquad protection plans before and have never had issues. If you have toddlers then this is a must. You WILL need it.
