    When the charging cable messes up it was replaced and saved me $60. Then when the laptop was damaged it was replaced!

    The policy is good just for US, even when the say that has international global cover in case you has a problem with your tablet, laptop or other mobile items is not true. The extended warranty service is just valid and good in US. I will recommend it just if you will not take your mobile items out side US, if you travel a lot for work or pleasure, is not good to have it, since is the same as not to have it.
