It is always great to have protection on an item if it get messed up or damaged

As long as I've been shopping at BestBuy (over 18 years, i have always had Geek squad protection. They have never let me down and always friendly.

Geek squad always does a good job anwsering any questions you might have.

I would definitely recommend getting the 5 year insurance if you get a vacuum like I did because most vacuums come with the standard 2 yr or 3 yr warranty and this would be so beneficial in the long especially if something happens to your equipment after the 3 year mark, you never know!

I had a rough experience that had to be handled by the manager. I was told by Geek Sqad that my apple care plan really doesn’t cover my AirPods which really upset me and also had to make 2 appointments for my AirPods because your system wasn’t functioning correctly and it seems as if no one cared. I was told my AirPods would be back in 3 to 5 days then the manager says that wasn’t true it would be longer. Just frustrating because I use my AirPods for work I can’t have my phone in my hand and work.
