Worth the cost - especially if you or a loved one is "technologically-challenged". Our technician did a fine job transfering all of our data from our old tower to the new. We also spent most of the waiting time talking computers and how tech had evolved over the years.

Totally worth it. Accidental damage is covered, and it makes me feel secure knowing if something happens, I can get a quick replacement. Easy to add and gives extra confidence in my buy.
