Great light and additional microphones. The stand is not very sturdy but works well. the light controls are great, easy color change and the dimmer works well too. Overall good set.

We did not have to use the service for this item but we have used it for others in the past. They are great to work with and they have fixed everything we've taken to them.

I believe no one should be without this service. You never know what could happen. I purchase this to ensure if something goes wrong, I have backup to prevent me from coming to a complete halt. They help over the phone as well.
