Love the replacement plan, you never know when you accidently break of your items and this comes in handy when i need to replace the item instead paying full price again.

I always get the protection plan from Geek Squad for electronic devices of any price. Even if the device is perfect, you can never account for random accidents or defects.

One of the best value items I routinely purchase especially when buying items made in China!!! Every single China made technological item I have purchased the past 3 years has failed to last more than 12 months.

I have been very happy with the geek squad replacement plan. The few times I needed it,no problem getting the item fixed or replaced right away. Better than.ither extended warranties it insurance where you have to wait a while to have item repaired or replaced.

This should be a necessity not an option. I spend lots of money at Best Buy it honestly this is part of the reason. If there is an issue they give you the purchase price on a GC and you can buy something else or replace the original item.

I love the geeky squad, they are really good at computers. I am intrigued and surprised at the excellent customer service provided by A-Aron! Would definitely love to get assistance from him. I also had the privilege to meet the manager, and the two Alex’s!!

I don’t use it yet but in the store the associate told me that they replaced for a new one if they can’t repair it and change it for the model that they have in the moment and that is great!!!

Geek squad replacement is worth ti buy for any product that has it because they will replace and product that is damage and you can rebuy the warranty on that product again

When you make an investment you want to make sure it’s protected against everything. This gives me peace of mind and the best thing is that Best Buy makes it very easy for you to claim your warranty if something happens. A must buy for what you bought.

Best Buy made it easy to file the warranty claim at the register for the item I purchased and it was a quick process. You should always get this just in case.
