Love the idea that my watch is covered for any damage it may get

I like the way that it just works flawlessly without being too complicated, keeps things simple, the battery is good and can be charged in 30 mins to get somewhere between 30-40% in you are in a hurry.

Can never be too careful when it comes to electronics. I always make sure all my devices are covered. I've already had to use the 2 year protection a few times and it's definitely worth having.

The Tech at geek squad was very helpful in showing me how to ser up my new Samsung smat watch!

I used this plan for the 1st time. I broke the band on my Samsung watch. I thought they were going to fix the band, Instead they replace the entire watch. This was a plus. I never expected the entire watch replace. I recommend everyone by the protection plan.

I love my watch and i love how its compatible with my s24. I have and never will be an apple user.

So far so good I have not used this. But, I had this for my former Samsung Gear Fit 2 and when the band had issues I took it in and I got all my money back because Samsung discontinued the watch. No questions asked or anything, I didn't even know they stopped making the Gear fit 2 when I took it in....

Had to hold out til her parents posted...but soooooo proud of my cousin! She graduated in 3.5 years with 2 degrees from Penn State. I've only used Geek Squad Protection Plans 1 time, and it was a flawless, hassle free interaction. Asked me my problem with the device, keyed a few things in and told me my replacement options. I decided to upgrade to the newer device and pay the difference (new product cost - original purchase price). Super easy.

I always get best buy protection plan. it's come in very handy at times. wouldn't be with out it

Had to replace a smartwatch, and I had purchased this protection plan to go along with it. No hassle from Best Buy when I came in to make a claim, and they even let me pick out my new watch right then and there. I don't normally recommend service plans for electronics, but for things like wearables, they're a great deal, especially if you plan on working out with them on.

Always get it. The last time my watch broke because of the heat wave and just had to come and exchange it... it was on special, so got money back to apply for warranty for the new one

Love this watch. The only thing i dont like is the battery. It lasts only 3 days at the most and it loses more battery on airplane mode than it does it i dont turn it on.

[Employee of bestbuy] Not that I been able to use all of the excellent services that geek squad offers, I'm sure they'll be there when I need it.

I always get extra protection to anything I buy, it is worth paying a little extra and if you have the Total Tech they give you a 20% discount. Best Buy always has great deals and protection plans, my husband and I always renew the Total Tech yearly we've had it for 3 years now, and will keep on getting it.

I don't think that I am particularly hard on the various products that I purchase, but on the rare occasions when something has broken or failed, I have had no problems getting a new replacement with the Geek Squad Replacement Plan. As I always say - Murphy's Law - if it's going to break, it'll be the day after the manufacturer's limited warranted expires.

Worth it to always get warranty on watchs I'm very rough on these and I've always enjoyed the peace of mind of the extended warranty

Fortunately i did not have to use geek squad protection as i had no issues with this watch
