We bought this to accompany the purchase of a wrist monitor, specifically for heart rate. It will be worn by a firefighter and we knew the item had to be rugged. But in case it's not, we can get help replacing it by purchasing this plan.

When my device starts giving me issues, best buy replaces my item. I worry less because I know I'm covered.

I would say that I like my watch. I like that I did an upgrade, i love the color and the apps and the things i can add on the watch as well. I would suggest this to someone who is active

I always get Geek Squad service. With how high tech these watches are it helps to have the Squad back me up.

I had a problem with my watch charging. I went into store, they looked it up to confirm warranty and told me to get a new one off the shelf. No questions asked. A must have for any tech gear.

I had to exchange out my product 4 times because of issues and they last time they let me just get something different since I was having so many problems since it was a known issue from the manufacture. Never gave me a hard time about it.

Definitely worth buying the extra protection. It gives you a piece of mind that they will repair/replace the product. I buy extended warranties for everything I buy from Best buy because it is worth the money in the long run.

They were awsome. They took care of me like they always do. Could not have done it without them. Thank you geek squad. I am not computer savy so they come in very handy

Thank goodness I havent had aneed to use the Geek Squad.. But I feel good knowing that if I need them I have that protection.
