Haven't had the chance to use them yet, but the in-store customer service has always been really good

My Fitbit Band is a great idea but it's only made to last about 6 months. After that, the band starts to separate from the main assembly. I am happy I got the Geeksquad warranty which covered from Fitbit's poor craftsmanship.

A bit pricey, but I love this watch so much that I was willing to spend the money. We have used Geek Squad protection in the past and they always stood behind their guarantee.

Has trouble the first few days with the watch. They responded very well.

The agent proram my phone and watch and explain warranty clearly.

I've had to return my Fitbit, it stopped syncing. When I returned it, I didn't have my receipt. Best Buy pulled up my purchase and got me a brand new replacement. I was thrilled with how easy and speedy the service was.

I used the protection in the past and the process is easy and simple. The staff is also nice when telling me my options.

Glad that I have it for piece of mind. If they can't fix it, it will be replaced! Whenever I talk to a Geek Squad representative, they are always very friendly and knowledgeable

So I bought a Fit bit and I also bought the two year protection plan. I usually don't buy extra warranty plans but I did with this. Glad I bought it because my fit bit fell apart and Best Buy exchanged it for a brand new one.

It is very simple: For any electronic today, subscribing to a protection plan is necessary. I have used before and it has resolved my issues with the devices covered.

Getting this addition protection, from Best Buy, is the only way I would have purchased my Samsung Watch. No questions if need to replace. LOVE IT!

I purchased the extra protection plan for my gear s3 smart watch. I have not had any accidents so I have not had the opportunity to use it, but it does gives me piece of mind knowing I'm covered in the event of an accident.

This was well worth the money for me! Shortly after the manufacturer warranty ran out, my Fitbit started freezing and not working. A quick trip to the store, they checked it and I walked out with a new one.

Awesome product. Best Buy has great employees that go the extra mile with a smile. Happy to have a brick and motor store to go to for devices, dvd collections, etc.

MY WIFE HAS HEART ISSUES AND THE FITBIT IS ESSENTIAL TO KEEP TRACK OF WHAT HER HEART IS DOING AND WHEN HER OLD ONE BECAME ERRATIC THE REPLACEMENT WARRANTY SAVED US A GOOD BIT OF MONEY

Great, I've had my watch for less than a year and had it replaced 2 times d/t scratching, etc.
