When I purchased this I was under the impression based on prior services that this was one and done. Unfortunately this wasn't explained that this policy did not have an "R" for replacement and required that it be sent to Geek Squad USA. They had it a week and I was without my device for a week and at the end of the day they replaced it. Which could had happened on the day I bought it in. it was clearly not repairable but I understand they are trying to reduce replacements vs repair, but this made me less the stratified customer

Geek squad always more than pays for itself. I would not purchase electronics without it

My Fitbit stopped working and just as simple as giving them my info and the front desk lady said go pick a new one ! I paid a small prorate cost (which is fair!) and boom! I have a new one that same day ! Love it

Awesome watch. Battery life is good, looks good, not problems so far. Kind of expensive though.

When buying a sports watch like the garmin smartwatch you are bound to be a bit rough on it. The two year protection plan gives you the reassurance that the watch will be taken care of if anything happens to it.

Glad i got it! So far, havent had to use them yet!

I've kept Geek Squad Service plans for years and find them worth the price.
