I always get the warranty when ever I can, I didn't a few times and I regretted it, the extended warranty from Best Buy is sold Gold to me.

They install your stuff with ease and address any issues that arise. They also are super friendly and patient with you in explaining everything.

It is always good to protect your games or electronics. Anything can happen at anytime and its good to know you are protected.

I have not had to use this item. However I have never had any issues with geek squad products.

I think this is a good value for families with younger children, or older children who are careless. I feel better about buying things for kids when I can add a protection plan to cover my purchase.

Protection plans are totally worth it on any product you buy from Best Buy. We have been covered so many times by their plans and are so happy that we spent that little extra to get it!

well up to now we have not had to use this replacement plan. We have not had any issues with or BB TV we purchased.

Things happen with cd’s and having the product replacement for such a great price you’d be crazy to pass it up
