Great way to get fast and easy support for only a few dollars after a purchase

My 7yr old grandson was able to put together and connect to Internet all within 10-15 minutes. He played game and enjoyed it. Problem with salesperson who came to assist us. She told us the reason it was so expensive was it came with 4 controllers and instead of a game it came with star wars dvd movie.well I bought Star Wars game to go with it. Open box there was 1 controller and game was included. Now have 2 games which I will return. Make sure you get assistance from someone who knows product, it’ll save you time and money.

I always purchase a protection plan as you never know when you will need it. I have have never experienced any issues with using my plan when needed.

I haven't had to them yet and I hope I don't. But I'm sure they will be there and if needed.

It was a great thing getting the protection. Don't know where I would be without it.

When i had issues with my computer it was a quick turn around. Best of all my pictures where saved.

The geek squad service is good I brought in my damaged camera they sent out that other company couldn’t fix it and geek squad gave me a refund on bestbuy gift card

They delivered the tv nice and clean and i didnt want it opend for the box because it was for my gf for Christmas

Well worth it. Bought an expensive item that stopped working a few days after the manufacturers warranty ended. The item couldn't be replaced. After returning item (after a couple weeks) I was informed the item couldn’t be repaired. Credit was given.

We actually buy many things at Best Buy specifically for these 2 year replacement plans. We don't always need them, but when we do, the process is quick, easy, and fair. On occasion the price will seem high compared to the item, but usually it's a great value for the peace of mind. In this case, our 10 year old actually bought it, because he saw it come in handy for our walkie talkies, and wanted to protect the expensive headphones he was buying.
