Getting the extra geek squad protection made a lot of sense for me. The TV I purchased was an “open box” from a Best Buy near me. Getting the extra protection was something I feel give me piece of mind.

OLED is the only way to watch tv. It’s like looking through a window instead of watching a panel. Sports it appears your on the field.

This TV is amazing! Super easy to set up, light and easy to move. Perfect size for my apartment. I haven’t been this stoked about a purchase in years!

Geek squad installed/hung my tv. Routed all the HDMI cables through the wall so it was super clean. Overall an excellent job. Still holds up

Geek squad has been a huge help. I sent in my computer to get checked out. They figured out the issue and called me right away. Best Buy had the piece needed, ordered it, got my computer fixed and have had no issues after that.

The best ever. Our old tv was starting to make weird noises and sometimes even have no volume. We called and they immediately helped with getting it replaced or just giving our money. We really liked how things were handled.
