Hopefully it never gets used but for the peace of mind it’s definitely worth its weight in gold

Bought this for the x900h tv I got from Best Buy. With it being a brand new and relatively expensive purchase, I feel much more at peace knowing geek squad is on call if anything were to happen to it with discounted costs for most repairs! Truly recommend for any expensive and applicable purchase!

The protection for any product should be mandatory. Any issues later Best Buy will replace it no questions Ask. At least to me. I always purchase the extra warranty on any high end appliances, computers and tvs. Highly recommend this.

THE AGENT CAME TO SEE WHAT MY ISSUE WAS WITH MY TV HE WAS EXCELLENT IN EXPLAINING THE ISSUES BEFORE ME AND WAS ABLE TO RESOLVE ALL ,I DID HAVE TO UPDATE A FEW THINGS SO I HAD PRE-PURCHASED THE POSSIBLE ISSUE ITEMS AND WAS A GOOD THING CAUSE WE DID USE THEM AND DIDN'T HAVE TO COME BACK ALL DONE IN ONE VISIT,

This is a great plan and is definitely worth the money. My last TV died after two and a half years and it was replaced for only $10 more because it could not be repaired. GET THIS PLAN WHEN YOU GET ANOTHER TV, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

I had taken Greek Squad protection plan for my 43inch samsung tv. Everything went smooth and easy with protection plan when i hd issues with my TV and exchanged with new tv which is working great so far

Have not needed it yet but I feel secure that I have it Had Samsung 70” after 19 months it crapped out n I didn’t have Geek warranty it was never sold to me at the time

Geek Squad service and installation is the very best! They are committed and dedicated to providing quality installation and service. The personnel are very professional, arrived on time and even called when they were on their way. I can’t recommend Geek Squad highly enough!!!

When I purchased an expensive TV I ended up purchasing this as well I’m so happy I did not have any problems with the TV and when I ended up going to sell it I almost got all my money back this is one of the things that she definitely need to have just in case

The Geek Squad did a thorough job of analyzing my TV’s odd behavior and recommended a replacement TV. I called the next day and they set up an appointment for a home visit. They were on time and very knowledgeable.

It is a nice basic 4k smart tv, but the operating system is just so different for me, and it doesnt get some streaming channels, 1 very important to me i ended up getting an Amazon fire stick. It only has 1 hdmi connection as well which is really a pain. Another thing i had to add onto this, an hdmi splitter which worked ok for 1 day. Oyy.
