I haven’t had to use this yet but I’m hoping it’s as great as the TV is. I’ve had this kind of protection for a laptop and it was very good.

Bought their two year extended warranty on my 86 inch TCL TV and after a year, there’s a black spot with lines coming out of the corner and I was told that they would not service it because it’s under manufacturers warranty. I need to contact the manufacturer directly why am I contacting the manufacturer? I spent over $200 on a warranty to Best Buy?

Definitely need to have the two-year plan with geek squad. It gives you peace of mind.

I can't believe after 1.5 years our TV went black. Geek squad came out. They did a wonderful job checking our TV and ordered parts. Geek Squad was kind to our dogs, house floors wearing shoe covers and especially to us the owners. Would recommend using them After the parts arrived Greek Squad came out again, Installed the parts, but TV still didn't work. Because we had Greek Squad protection warranty the purchase price was refunded by Best Buy card within 1 week.
