The agents came out and mounted my tv and also connected all my devices, they were very prompt and courteous!

Very good price and customer service was top notch.

Most protection plans are a waste of money but this plan is money well spent. After 3 years my OLED tv’s picture went bad and Geek Squad replaced it with a brand new top of the line tv. I am extremely happy and I highly recommend this protection plan to everyone with a high end tv.

I know we bought this protection for a computer that are 7 year old child uses and I've already forgotten I had this plan it's been a year now and had absolutely no issues with my computer. So I'm happy to say I bought this plan for issues but it's funny I've already forgotten about the plan. It just goes to show that Best Buy sells a product that doesn't need a plan. I'm not saying I didn't need the plan I'm saying I bought a good product regardless.

Unfortunately, I am unable to attest to the current contractual services re: 2-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection. I have not used it yet. However, in the past I have never had a problem repairing or replacing products using the Geek Squad protection plans.

I love to always get a Protection for the years cause you never know what will happen. It’s better to be safe than sorry.

Seems I always get Geek Squad warranty n never need it but it’s better to get it n hav it n not need it than to not get it n then need it Better to b safe than sorry

I purchased the monitor and it was broken as to wear you couldn’t see it until the monitor was turned on. I didn’t really need my warranty because it was a new purchase however I did my return and replacement through Geek squad and they were polite and helpful

Everyone I spoke to was fantastic very polite very knowledgeable just the whole customer service they work great

As electronics get more and more complicated and how susceptible they are to conditions it give me peace of mind. I recently had a 50" TV repaired in home by Geek Squad on the plan. They were quick, efficient, and fixed the issue. Without this plan I would have been out an expensive TV after only 2 years. I don't get this on everything I buy. But I buy it on a lot of electronics. I don't always use it. But without it I would have been out more money than the plans cost me.

The sales representatives were very helpful and the checkout time was very good and the customer services was good also.

I got a 5 year extended warranty for my Vizio TV. Recently had to have Geek squad come to my house. They replaced my TV with a new Vizio TVbecause of cost to repair it. I took my old Vizio TV to the nearest Best Buy and they exchanged for my New Vizio TV. With no hassles or problems. The agent who came to my house was freindly and new what he was doing. I woyld recomend that anyone buying electronics at Best Buy get a Geek squad warranty.

Geek squad has been awesome not only did they accepted to take a look at my TV once they found the problem and we're unable to fix it they were very truthful and kind to refund me what I had pay for the television. I was eskeptical in regards to their service but they are amazing.

There is a lot of comfort in knowing that there is someone available should you need any help at all. From the major problems to the minor questions, there is peace of mind knowing there is someone you can turn to for assurance and peace of mind.
