I've bought the warranty before and it paid for its self.

I have not had to use the protection and I am grateful for that, but it is very comforting to know that it is there if it is ever needed.

When I add issue with item, geeksquad came in handy. Item was fixed in less than 2 weeks with no cost. One cool thing is that you get update on the status of your product

The protection plan makes it easy not to worry about a faulty product for a long time. Good price for the peace of mind, too. Hopefully we won't need to use this.

Have not used it for anything but wanted protection for the Samsung 7000 TV, did not want to deal with Samsung for issues of the TV for next two years.

The Geek Squad are the best. They helped us get the TV synced with all of our services. they made is all so simple.

Worth every penny. My tv had a pixel problem and was swapped out for another. I gave 4 stars because I couldn’t get the same tv Samsung and was forced to get an LG.
