always amazing I get this each and every time they are the best

I haven’t actually had to use this but if I didn’t have it I am sure I would have lots of issues.

I was under the impression that I get the replacement item..but they did not,they gave me a credit and really it’s not a full credit it’s like a minimal credit that you can use towards that Item,in my case it was a TV. I don’t know how the assessed value off the TV to the credit they offered me but I had a top up to get another TV... And by the way they Will ask you to bring the broken item or broken TV in my case And will keep it..Will probably fix it and sell it again on the open box items If it’s fixable

An excellent service to deal with issues that can take place.

So far, it's been 2 years and the TV is STILL good. I hope I can use this just in case. I only got 3 years left.
